Age Restrictions
Participation eligibility is determined by age:
- Users under the age of 18 may participate only in free competitions.

Compliance with Local Law
Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in competitions is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. The Company reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Platform or specific competitions where required for regulatory or legal compliance.
3. COMPETITIONS
All competitions available on the Platform are skill-based. Outcomes are determined exclusively by participant knowledge, accuracy, logical reasoning, and response time. No element of chance influences the final ranking or outcome.
Final rankings in quiz rooms and leaderboards are determined by:
- the total number of correctly answered questions; and
- where participants are tied on correct answers, total cumulative solve time, with the faster participant ranking higher.
The Company may apply additional transparent tie-break mechanisms where necessary to determine a final winner.
Game Points and Rankings
Game points may be awarded for:
- Correct answers;
- Competition performance;
- Speed of response;
- Performance streaks;
- Other clearly disclosed performance metrics.
Leaderboard Types
The Platform may operate various leaderboard formats, including:
- Global Leaderboards (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly): All users are competing on the Global Leaderboard. Rankings are based on accumulated performance metrics during the relevant period.
- Competition-Specific Leaderboards: Limited to participants in a particular competition. Rankings are determined exclusively by performance within that competition period.
Leaderboard periods, scoring methodology, and reward structures are defined in the relevant competition rules.
Rewards and Prizes
Certain competitions or leaderboard periods may offer prizes. Where prizes are offered:
- Prize details are disclosed in advance of participation;
- Prizes are fixed or predefined and are not increased or determined by the number of participants;
- Participation does not guarantee receipt of any prize.
Prizes may consist of monetary rewards, non-monetary items, or other clearly described rewards. No prize is awarded by chance or through random selection.
The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance before awarding any prize.
Fair Play, Anti-Cheating and Automation
The integrity of skill-based competition is fundamental to the Platform. Users must participate personally and fairly in all competitions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Use of automated scripts, bots, macros, AI tools, or other software designed to simulate human participation;
- Use of multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
- Collusion with other participants;
- Exploiting technical errors, bugs, latency manipulation, or system vulnerabilities;
- Reverse engineering or interfering with the Platform's operation;
- Any conduct designed to artificially manipulate rankings, scoring, or prize outcomes.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Monitor gameplay and activity patterns;
- Conduct technical and manual reviews;
- Request identity verification;
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts;
- Disqualify participants from competitions;
- Withhold or cancel prizes where a breach is suspected or confirmed.
Where disqualification occurs, the Company may reallocate prizes in accordance with the adjusted final rankings. The Company's determination regarding ranking integrity, eligibility, and compliance shall be final and binding, save in cases of manifest technical error.
4. PRIZES AND PAYOUTS
Certain competitions may offer prizes as described in the applicable competition rules. Prizes may consist of monetary rewards, digital rewards, or other clearly specified benefits.
Where prizes are distributed in the form of digital assets or blockchain-based tokens:

The Company is not responsible for:
- Blockchain network delays;
- Transaction failures caused by incorrect wallet information provided by the user;

The Company reserves the right to withhold or delay prize distribution pending eligibility verification, anti-fraud checks, or regulatory compliance requirements. Participation fees are non-refundable once a competition has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the competition does not proceed in accordance with its published rules.
If a competition fails to start, is cancelled, or does not meet the minimum user threshold specified in the competition rules, the entry fee paid for that competition will be refunded to the user following the scheduled completion time.
The Company reserves the right not to award a prize where the minimum participation threshold stated in the competition rules has not been reached. In such circumstances, no prize shall be distributed and entry fees shall be refunded.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, alternative prizes, or other forms of monetary value, unless expressly stated in the competition rules.
5. USER CONDUCT
Users must use the Platform personally, lawfully, and in good faith. Participation in competitions must reflect genuine individual skill and performance. Users must not engage in any conduct that undermines the integrity or fair operation of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, the use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automation software, macros, or any other non-human means of participation.
Users may not manipulate gameplay mechanics, scoring systems, ranking logic, latency, or technical infrastructure in order to gain an unfair advantage. The creation or operation of multiple accounts, coordinated play, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any attempt to artificially influence competition outcomes is strictly prohibited.
Users must not attempt to access, interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise other users' accounts, wallets, personal data, or the Platform's systems. Circumventing age restrictions, geographic restrictions, payment controls, or other compliance mechanisms is not permitted. The Platform may not be used for any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
The Company reserves the right to monitor gameplay patterns and account activity, to conduct manual or automated fraud reviews, and to request identity, age, or eligibility verification where necessary. The Company may use automated fraud detection and behavioural analytics systems.
The Company's determinations regarding compliance, eligibility, enforcement actions, and final rankings shall be final and binding, save in cases of manifest technical error. Where required by law, the Company may report suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.
6. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS
Where paid competitions are offered, participation fees may be payable in supported cryptocurrencies as specified on the Platform from time to time. Supported tokens may include, for example, EURC, USDC, BGBP, or other digital assets identified within the Platform interface. The Company reserves the right to modify supported tokens at any time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that payment is made using a supported digital asset. Cryptocurrency payments are processed via public blockchain networks and/or third-party wallet providers. The Company does not provide exchange services, custodial wallet services (unless expressly stated), or financial advice.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with applicable cryptocurrency regulations in their jurisdiction;
- Ensuring the legality of using digital assets for participation;
- Any tax, reporting, or regulatory obligations arising from such transactions.
The Company shall not be responsible for transaction failures caused by incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported tokens, blockchain congestion, network delays, or third-party provider errors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as the provision of financial, investment, payment, or regulated crypto-asset services.
7. WALLET CREATION AND OWNERSHIP
Where digital asset functionality is enabled, the Platform may facilitate the generation of a blockchain wallet interface for user interaction with supported digital assets. Any wallet functionality provided via the Platform is designed to operate on a non-custodial basis. The Company does not store, control, or have access to users' private keys.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Safeguarding any private keys, seed phrases, or authentication credentials;
- Maintaining secure access to their device;
- Ensuring backups are created and stored securely.
The Company cannot access, recover, reset, or restore private keys or wallet credentials. Loss of access to a wallet due to user error, device failure, or loss of credentials is irreversible and shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Company.
Users must ensure that wallet access occurs only from secure and authorised devices. The Company shall not be responsible for losses arising from device compromise, malware, phishing, or unauthorised third-party access. Nothing in these Terms constitutes the provision of custodial, exchange, financial, or regulated crypto-asset services.
8. USER CONSENT AND DATA PROCESSING
By registering for the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Wallet functionality (where enabled) may be generated or made accessible for your use on a non-custodial basis.
- Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- Performance data, leaderboard rankings and publicly visible achievements may be displayed within the Platform.
- Entry fees (where applicable) are participation fees for skill-based competitions and do not constitute gambling, betting, lottery participation, or pooled contributions.
Nothing in this section authorises the sharing of personal data beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE
The Platform is not a bank, financial institution, exchange, broker, payment service provider or crypto-asset service provider. It does not buy, sell, exchange, hold, transmit or custody digital assets on behalf of users.
Where the Platform provides links to, or technical integrations with, third-party exchanges, wallet providers or payment services, any such services are provided entirely by independent third parties under their own terms and regulatory obligations. All cryptocurrency purchases, sales, transfers or conversions occur outside the Platform and are conducted solely between you and the relevant third-party provider.
Regulatory Compliance
If you use any third-party financial service accessible through or alongside the Platform:
- You are solely responsible for complying with that provider's KYC, AML, sanctions screening and identity verification requirements;
- You acknowledge that the Company has no control over and no involvement in such verification processes;
- You accept that approval, suspension or termination decisions are made exclusively by those providers.
The Company does not access, process or store any documentation submitted to third-party providers for compliance purposes. Your use of such services is at your own risk. The Company may also restrict access where required to ensure compliance with applicable gaming, prize competition, consumer protection or financial services laws.
Smart Contract and Blockchain Risks
The Platform may utilise blockchain infrastructure and automated smart contracts for functions such as prize distribution, leaderboard verification or record-keeping. Blockchain systems are public networks that operate independently of the Company. By using such features, you acknowledge that:
- Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible;
- Network congestion, gas fees and validation delays are inherent risks of decentralised systems;
- The Company does not control the underlying blockchain protocol.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees uninterrupted or error-free blockchain performance.
The Company is not:
- A bank, financial institution, exchange, broker, custodian, or payment service provider;
- Responsible for the execution, settlement, processing, or compliance review of any third-party transaction;
- Involved in identity verification, sanctions screening, onboarding decisions, or transaction monitoring conducted by external providers.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use third-party financial services in connection with the Platform.
10. COUNTRY-BASED RESTRICTIONS
Access to certain features, competitions, rewards, or third-party services may be restricted or unavailable depending on your jurisdiction. The Platform may prevent, limit, suspend, or terminate access where:
- Required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory obligations;
- The relevant jurisdiction is subject to international sanctions or restrictive measures;
- Local laws relating to prize competitions, consumer protection, financial services, digital assets, or similar regulated activities impose restrictions;
- Access would place the Company or its service providers at legal or regulatory risk; or
- Third-party partners are unable or unwilling to provide services in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your country of residence. The Company reserves the right to implement geo-blocking, identity verification, or other access controls where reasonably necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its content, software, design, branding, database structure, competition formats, and functionality, are owned by the Company (or its licensors). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Platform processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Platform does not store or have access to users' private keys or recovery phrases.
13. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND ACCESS
The Company aims to make the Platform available on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access to the Platform may be suspended, restricted, or interrupted from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. The Company shall not be liable for temporary unavailability, except where required by applicable law.
14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account where it reasonably believes that:
- You have breached these Terms;
- You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, automated, or manipulative activity;
- Your use of the Platform creates legal, regulatory, or security risk; or
- Suspension is required to comply with applicable law.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of suspension and an opportunity to remedy the breach, unless immediate action is required for security, legal, or fraud prevention reasons. In cases of serious breach or fraud, rewards may be voided and access permanently revoked.
You may cease using the Platform at any time. Because wallet functionality is non-custodial, the Company cannot recover lost private keys, restore deleted wallets, or access digital assets on your behalf. Loss of access to your wallet credentials is irreversible.
15. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
The Company may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, platform functionality, or operational requirements. Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
16. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or reputation;
- Loss arising from blockchain network congestion, gas fees, transaction delays, smart contract execution, or wallet mismanagement;
- Loss resulting from the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers;
- Indirect or consequential loss.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes reasonable care in providing the Platform, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet individual user expectations.
Subject to the above and except where prohibited by law, the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total entry fees actually paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £100.
17. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND CONTACT
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
